“The Sculpture” is an iconic model of an interior wooden staircase that is associated with the name interscala and can be considered one of our reference points.

Although it was first constructed by interSCALA in 1990, it continues to impress with its design. It features a handcrafted twisted trunk that follows the development of the staircase and adjusts to the height and diameter of your space.

The uprights are placed every 4 steps and hold a single curved handrail.

The wood that suits and enhances it is one with rich lines and intense color contrasts. Representative woods of this category are iroko or teak.

The ideal shades are the natural ones of the wood, and its textures should be smooth and soft.

Interior circular staircase, concealed metal axis covered with wood, steps made of solid glued timber, without support blocks, handmade rotating trunk of initial quadrilateral section, special section uprights, curved steps, wooden covers for screw concealment, curved handrail in twist and curve.
