Just 30 minutes from the center of Athens, along the southern coastal axis, on a 21-hectare protected peninsula with 2.2 kilometers of stunning beach, lies the ultra-luxurious One & Only Aesthesis resort.
It is located on the same site as the Asteria Beach Club, which dates back to the 1950s and was a landmark that often hosted stars such as Sinatra, Bardot, and Jackie Onassis in its luxurious facilities.
The ambitious design of the original facilities was undertaken by architects Vourekas, Dekavalas, and Georgiadis. Continuing in the same architectural language, the new One & Only Aesthesis facilities aspire to far surpass the reputation of the past.
A €300 million project began operations in late 2023 with an occupancy rate of 80%-85%, reaching 100% during the summer months.
interSCALA was entrusted with the construction of structures such as the Family Cabanas, located in front of the central building, the VIP Cabanas next to the hotel’s main pool, and the enclosed facilities of the Tennis Club, which house the club’s office, boutique, locker rooms, and preparation areas for the luxurious outdoor bar. 
Additionally, we designed, constructed, and installed, with our own teams:

• Wooden beach showers,
• Outdoor space dividers,
• Wooden pergolas,
• Pavilion and bar installations,
• Wooden fences,
• Wooden decks by the sea,
• Wooden floors, and
• Wall cladding.

The quality of the raw materials used was of the highest standards, and the finishes delivered met the stringent requirements of the project oversight team.
